Your completion of our booking form will create a legally binding contract between you and the University of London.  The University’s terms and conditions set out below take precedence over any other terms and conditions which purport to apply to this contract.

PAYMENTS & CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

All payments must be in pounds sterling. VAT is applicable to all purchases at the UK prevailing rate. Once we have received details of your paid booking, we will send you an email confirmation, along with a receipted VAT invoice. If payment is not made at the time of booking, your registration will be provisional and confirmation will only be sent when payment has been received in full.

N.B. Unless otherwise stated in individual course or conference booking terms & conditions, we must receive payment prior to the course/conference date.

ULCC does not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Please be advised to read terms and conditions for individual the course, conference or event carefully as they will contain deadlines and times up to which refunds and substitutions are accepted and which, if any, administration charges these changes will incur.

Unless stated otherwise we won’t refund cancellations or accept substitutions to existing bookings less than 2 weeks prior to the course or event you are booked to attend.

Whilst the programme(s) is/are correct at the time of going to publication, ULCC reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice. Such alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

SPEAKERS

Views expressed by speakers are their own. ULCC disclaim any liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates. 

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

Please note that for promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during most of our events and conferences and you hereby give your consent to be filmed by the University of London Computer Centre (ULCC).

ACCOMMODATION

Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee / ticket prices, unless clearly stated otherwise in individual course, conference or event descriptions.

DELEGATE ACCESS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We make every effort to ensure that our events are accessible and enjoyable for all our delegates, and we always provide a vegetarian option for lunch.
